Does Notre Dames CFP chance drop to 0% if they lose to Miami this weekend?

The CFP committee put them at #11 which is basically saying if you lose this weekend youre cooked. The same thing that happened last year is going to happen this year, or do they have life if they lose this weekend with alot of help?
